The camera light Lux-DV by Bebob in connection with the Coco-dvl power converter is an optimal solutionfor a mini-dv camcorders. The Lux-DV comes with a fixed D-Tap plug for power. Please see the Lux-DV-XLR for the Lux-DV with an XLR power cable.
Note: this item does not include a bulb, diffuser, barndoors or filters.
Thanks to modern materials the weight of Lux-dv is less than 250gwith the two barndoors (not included in this package, please see Lux-DV-FT for accessory),one dichroic filter and power cable. The Lux-dv offer the equally practical details as ourbroadcasting camera light Lux.
The barndoor system (incl. the dichroic filter) will mount on to the body of the lightthrough a bayonet connection. Please note that the barndoors and filters are not included in thisitem.
The built-in Bulb-Ejector pushes the bulb out of the housing - it is very easy andquite safe to change the bulb even if the lamp is hot.
Additionally the Lux-dv has unique disposable Softstart® electronics,which suppress the start-up peak at the light, thereby meaning it possible touse higher wattage bulbs - 20W.
With the new mounting clip it is possible to fix the light to all common Cameramodels including Sony®, Panasonic®, Canon® and JVC®.
For using the light with a battery belt, the Lux-dv is available with a 4pin-XLRcable (please see the Lux-DV-XLR item). In this case you may use 10 W up to 50 W bulbs.
When using the Coco-dvl pleaseuse only 10W or 20W bulbs.
